Requesting Help Putting Together a Modpack

Hello, I am not new to Minecraft, but I am new to the Modpack community. I have always just played whatever was available through FTB and dealt with any issues or unwanted mods. I haven't been able to find a good modpack on FTB that includes the majority of what we want to play without the things we definitely do not want. So I come to your community to ask for assistance.
I don't really wish to get into creating modpacks, but my family (sister and 2 nephews) and I would like to play certain mods without other certain mods and I have thus far been unable to figure out how to create my own modpack in order to accomplish this for us. After much research, I ended up here.
I have compiled a list of the mods we wish to include in our personal pack, but I need someone who is willing to put them together for me and get it running without any of the game crashing bugs I have read about. It only consists of 27 mods, plus forge, I suppose, since that is a requirement apparently, so I shouldn't think it would be too very awful, unless some of these mods just don't get along.
I have looked through your Public Packs board and didn't find a modpack to match my request there, either, just so you know I have been trying.
Okay, this is now a long post, I'll just list the mods now and hope someone will help me out. Thank you!

Hardcore Questing Mode (Optional, just seems fun after trying Material Energy^3)
Custom NPCs (Optional, but looks fun)
Morph (Optional, but strongly requested by my nephew)
Inventory Tweaks (a must)
Zans/Voxel Map (a must, if not this map, then one like it such as Rei's with waypoints)
MineChem
Biomes O' Plenty
Mariculture
Not Enough Items
Tinker's Construct
Iguana Tweaks for Tinker's Construct
BiblioCraft
Thermal Expansion
Extra Utilities
MineFactory Reloaded
OpenBlocks
Fancy Fences (Optional, just for looks)
Agent's Agriculture
Archimede's Ships
Small Boats
TrainCraft
BuildCraft
Industrial Craft
IC2 Backpack HUD (looked like I should have this if I had Industrial Craft...)
IC2 Recipe Fixer (also sounded important)
Carpenter's Blocks
Helpful Villagers (If possible, couldn't figure out if this will work in SMP)

I did check the Permissions Spreadsheet, and most of these say Open. The exceptions are: Hardcore Questing Mode says Notify, TrainCraft says Request, and Fancy Fences and Small Boats are not on the list at all. If there's something special that I have to do to make this happen, please let me know what and how and I will be happy to do so. If the person who puts this together takes care of that part, all the better, but I will be happy to request the creator's permission (such as TrainCraft) to use their mods in my family's private modpack.

Absolutely! There is no real rush to it, we just want to play together with these mods. I should note I just edited the above post because I was watching a TrainCraft mod spotlight and the guy said Industrial Craft and BuildCraft were necessary for Traincraft, so I took away the parenthesis after IC.

Not a problem at all, but i just wanna make sure, do you want it on he louncher as a private pack with a code or on private using multimc or somthing.

A private code on the launcher, because we are not all in the same state and it will be easier that way. Trying to teach my 11 year old nephew how to work FTB was hard enough without attempting MultiMC. lol :)

Kk, and on the pack itself, can you update or i need to update (not a problem but yea), and i think that costum npc's and hqm don't come wih settings, it's needed to made, so yea

If you give me the most current versions available, updating won't be an issue for a very long time, so that should be okay.
Custom NPCs needs to be made? I thought that would be an in game thing, not a pregame thing.. if so, then just leave that out.
Hardcore Questing mode, same thing. If they need made before the modpack can be loaded onto the server, then just leave those 2 out.

I have gone ahead and asked MrBrutal for his permission to use the TrainCraft mod and have received an agreement to do so. So, I hope that helps with this going smoothly. :)

I don't like Morph, but otherwise it looks like a good pack.
(Morph is a bit OP in my opinion)
Thanks, they were all carefully chosen to suit my family's needs for a fun pack. We have since edited some, given what was available and all and someone put it together for us. The pack works great, except we don't like the map we were given very much. Otherwise, I highly suggest a version of our pack for anyone interested. :)
