Request for IC2 Reactor Planner v3 Download

I've been wanting to download the IC2 reactor planner, but the talonfiremage site (which is the only site I can find that has it) has been down ever since I came across it over a week ago. The open beta IC2 reactor planner by MauveCloud doesn't seem as reliable, so I'd rather not use it as an alternative.

I was wondering if anyone who has IC2 Reactor Planner v3 could upload the .jar somewhere and link it? I'd be super appreciative.

IC2 Reactor Planner v3 is the one in the image. I can't find it anywhere other than that website.
