Try deleting the nei config and allow it to regenerate.

I don't think this is going to make a difference as both his downloads and desktop folders have the same permissions, and neither have spaces in their filepath; unless you beleive something else is causing the issue.

not sure what i did or how i did it but it is working perfect now!! guys thank you all for the great support really means alot to me. :D
