Renting a Server...but from where

I think I am posting this in the right section....so here goes my problem
currently me and few friends play off a server that is hosted of my friends computer which using the beta pack/mindcrack was fine however now with the ultimate it is becoming laggy for us and my friend hosting it.
So we are looking into renting a server and was wondering if people could leave experiences or could recommend services like creeper host.
We all live in the UK and want to spend ~£10-£15

Are you looking for a VPS (virtual private server) or a game server host (very limited to what you can do)

I would recommend Contabo(VPS), they have fairly low prices for what they offer and you can pick what OS is installed onto it so its like having your own computer.

Well for 17 euro/Mo(Contabo) you
Can get 8GB of Ram and 400GB HDD compared to 52 euro/Mo(CreeperHost) 8GB of Ram and only 55GB HDD

I personnaly use nitrous networks, they may not he the cheapest, but they arent expensive. They have excellent customer service, they fix almost all the prpblems I have had in less than an hour

Jf you plan to run a server, you must have some brain in there, just go through a non MC host way cheaper and most even offer remote access by default. Copy paste and launch

I use creeperhost and it's not bad for its price. I'd recommend it.
