Render crash when opening Inventory/Chests

So earlier I tried spawning in some colored wooden planks in FTB Unleashed and that's when all of this started. Here's the crash report for the first crash.

But ever since then, my world has been crashing whenever I open my inventory or a chest with a Render Screen error. I tested this on another world I have in FTB Unleashed and that world is working perfectly. Here's the crash report for my latest crash.

I've tried deleting NEI.dat files, NEI.cfg files, disabling the NEI mod, and force updating the launcher, but nothing is working
Any help would be very appreciated!

You're going to need to edit your player.dat and level.dat to remove the stack of colored wooden planks from your inventory, as I'm fairly sure that's what's causing you to crash.

This was perfect, downloaded NBTExplorer, removed those damned planks from my inventory, problem fixed. Thank you so much friend.
