Removing water from quarry with commands

I got a quarry full of water and I want to remove it. I do the old fill command /fill xyz xyz2 Minecraft:air
It just says "Too many blocks in the specified area (226200 greater than 32768)
Is there any way to exceed this limit because it would take too much time to just do 32 k block segments?
