I've been playing OceanBlock and repeatedly run into trouble with the tempered glass jar gui when I think I have enough resources to create a certain ore block, but have less than the full recipe (e.g. 7/9 emerald clusters). I've tried everything I can think of to remove the clusters or other resources to either make the smaller version (in this instance emeralds instead of the block), but have found no way to remove what was put into the jar.
Switching recipes and breaking the jar destroys the resources as far as I can tell. I can't find a readme or more information anywhere.
