Remove /home cooldown?

I started up a server running the Revelations pack. Since my character is OPed I dont have a cooldown on /home. But my friends do, I found the command, but from what I gather I need to add it to a rank by editing some rank.txt? I found the text files and when i open them, im not sure what to do with them. Anyone done this or have a link to a guide for setting up the ranks?

In your case, within local/ftbutilities/ranks.txt you would add the line
ftbutilities.homes.cooldown: 0
somewhere under the line - [player is default_player_rank]
