There's a solution. Have you tried this? If so, what happened? If not, why?

Also, what pack? What pack version? What MC version? We can't do anything with a lack of information.

Does this only happen when starting the server, or does it continue even after startup?

it happens all the time, and changing the mod version is not an option because its the FTB monster 1.1.2 modpack and I do not want to cause clients to have to update.
