Relatively Simple Mystcraft Question - Void Ages

I've been searching google and various forums attempting to find a simple void age for the current version of mystcraft for some time now and I figured it would be easier to just ask. I'm playing on Direwolf20s 1.6.4 pack on the latest version and would like a void age for mob spawning and making a workshop type world.

Can anyone explain which pages and possibly what order to create a nice void age? Any help is appreciated!

that's because it was posted not too long ago, perhaps the forum/google needed a bit of time to update or there's so many search results for this that you're more likely to find the not so useful search results then the ones you actually want
