REI's Minimap not Working for DW20 1.6.4 Modpack

I really don't like Opis, so I tried disabling it and enabling REI's Minimap. However, every time I lauch Minecraft, it crashes. And it's not a regular crash, instead of showing the crash screen, it just closes Minecraft and the console instanly. I still get the crash report though.

I have searched the forums and I haven't found a thread on this issue for DW20.

Try the one from here. I think it is for 1.6.2 that is why it does not work. But the one I have linked is for 1.6.4.
