I just have a simple question: How do I get IndustrialCraft2's Reinforced Stone? It's required for the replicator and the scanner which I plan to create. It doesn't appear to have a crafting recipe. I heard somewhere it has something to do with Construction Foam, but I can't find out how to use it correctly.
