It does not. Basically, its name is somethingsomethingswamp but it does not "tick off" the 'okay' for slime spawns. Apart of that: Slime-Chunks still do exist. Though they're usually not easy to find without outside help, like a minimap or similar.
Slime chunks are actually quite common, to the point of being a nuisance if you ever want to build any kind of base below layer 40. If someone actually wants tons of regular green slimes, here's how you find and set up a slime chunk:
Step 1: Go down to any layer between 5 and 40 and dig out a large area 3 high. Tinker's Construct Hammer is good for this. Filler or quarry also work.
Step 2: Mark out and fence the chunk borders so you can identify which chunks are slime chunks.
Step 3: Light up as much of the general area as possible. If other hostile mobs can't spawn, slimes will. Do this until slimes do spawn (they will if you light up enough).
Step 4: Your chunk pens should now identify which chunks are slime chunks by being full of slime. If you really want all that slime, you can now set up a spawning level every 4th block from layer 5 to 40.
