Regrowth Quest Wont Complete

Details of the issue:
In regrowth, the quest "Flower Power" will not complete, and I have everything I need 100%. I have inventory space. Also, another quests requires I use mutandis on long grass to transmute it, but that will not work. Please help!​

If you are playing singleplayer you can spawn in the HQM Admin book and use that to complete the quest.
