Details of the issue:

Java crash after all mods are loaded
I also reinstalled Java with the correct version (64bit on my 64bit Windows-System),
tried the curse-client but got the same issue
and with other modpacks like AS2 or DW20 it works

my DW20-instance was on a older version ... with the newer version it doesn't work either ... can it be that a newer mod from DW20 & Regrowth is causing the issue?

I see, can you describe how does it crash: is there dialog in the screen? Also: In the launcher's options tab, check the boxes "Show Console" and "Reopen launcher when Minecraft exits". Then launch your pack again and when the crash/error/other problem occurs, click the "upload log" button in console window and give us the link.

and there is a dialog saying "Java does not work" (hope that is correctly translated )

Now it is easy to solve this. Downgrade or upgrade your GPU drivers.
