Details of the issue:

Every time I launch the game, it starts the loading screen and then crashes and goes back to the launcher. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong and/or what I need to do to fix the issue? Thank you in advance.​

I am using Ubuntu Linux 15.10 and I've already tried the following things:
Using OpenJDK Java or Oracle Java
Using different Display Drivers
Redownloading the Modpack
Using different Versions of the Modpack with the result that when i join a server I'm stuck at the dirt screen

Yup, my launcher rekt aswell.
Had this problem with java 7,
uninstalled it, installed java 8, the same.
