Summary of the problem Refined Storage "Writer" prevents the Start of Sky Factory

Pack Version 3.0.8

What is the bug? Every Time when I start Sky Factory 3 or any else 1.10.2 modpack that include the mod Refined Storage, the loading screen stops on 7/7 Model reloader Refined Storage : wiriter

All other 1.10.2 modpacks without Refined Storage work.
