Summary of the problem Refined Storage Not Crafting
Pack Version 3.0.1
What is the bug? So I crafted 7 16k storage, and the 8th wouldn't craft, so then I tell it to craft again, and It still wont craft. I then realized that it would smelt things in solderer but it wouldn't craft it in the main system. Also I used a disk manipulator to upgrade from 1k to 4k etc... Please Help. Hopefully this made sense.

Is it repeatable? Use disk manipulator and change from 1k to 4k so all the items from the 1k drive transfer it to 4k, then auto craft something.
