Summary of the problem Refined Storage External Storage + Huge Colossal Chest = Major TPS Drop

Pack Version 3.0.8

What is the bug? I made a 32x32x32 Diamond Colossal Chest, because I didn't want to make 64k drives. I then attached my Refined Storage system to it with an external storage and the server's tps immediately dropped to 2-3. Removing the external storage resulted in 20 tps again.

Is it repeatable? Yes, stated above.

Known Fix N/a just don't use external storage with it.
 
this was mentioned before, tho not for 3.0.8. I'd not connect those two mods this way
 
I have this *exact* problem on our server. One of our players did this yesterday and today and both times it dropped to less than 2 TPS. Breaking the "external storage" block resulted in immediate return to 20 TPS.
 
Another player did the same thing, causing the same result.
