I see, I'll wait for the FTB Unleashed update then. :p
No hurry in updating when playing on a server with a great community.
First they're going to have to update the launcher. It isn't equipped to handle 1.6 yet.

I will agree, though. If you're having fun playing with friends, no need to rush in the updating, although TC4 is brilliantly awesome.

In 1.5.x I had oreberry bushes in a 'darkroom' with an MFR Harvester pulling them out. Since the entire floor was covered in bushes, no mobs would spawn. I used a different setup for each ore type, and had a 3 x 3 square of bushes in each one.

This is a great idea and I have no reason for not coming up with this myself. i just have mine tucked into in the bottom two blocks of the wall of my basement, but I keep running into difficulties with expansion. I didn't want to just put it into a dark room b/c of mob noises, but if mobs don't spawn on the bush, then I can just carpet the floor with em and not worry.

I have more than 9 of each bush though.

Or just have the darkroom 2 blocks tall, so only 1 block of space above the oreberry bushes, making it an invalid spawning location.

To get back on topic.
In my opinion, Millionaire is very resource-consuming, easily breaks your house if you build it too close and isn't very nice to work with modded blocks.
I heard from others it's also kinda server-laggy, but I never tried on a server though.
Except the cons, it is a nice mod to give you some more purpose in your world and to let you feel like a king, but I wouldn't add it to FTB as default.
I just wished it was easier to add you own buildings / culture (like a high-tech FTB culture, but then again, it is a medieval-themed mod).

I put the Millenaire mod in the same category as Twilight Forest. Playing them with the tools and equipment given to us with the other FTB mods, is a little bit like bringing a bazooka to your local indoor shooting range. :)

Millenaire is interesting and all but not the kind of mod I want as one of the FTB default mods. If I want to play it, I'll put it in myself, I'd prefer not to be 'forced' to play it.
