Hi,
i have had a Redstone Furnace connected to a ME-Interface on Top of a Redstone Furnace. In that Interface i had several Encoded Patterns - Works well.
After that i wanted to create a dedicated Redstone Furnace for Glass: I created another Interface + Redstone Furnace and Enc.Pattern, connected it (Power, ME-System) and tried to start smelting Glass. But it didnt work. I guess the Problem is, that i had 2 Redstone Furnaced + Interfaces with a Glass Pattern at the same time.
I tried several things: Remove all Furnaces and rebuild them, remove all Encoded Patterns for Glass and reinsert - restarting Minecraft between the steps.
But I still cant smelt Glass in any Furnace (automatically). just one Glass - then the Furnace stops (gets no new Sand). The other smelting Patterns (smelting recipes) in that Interface works well.
i also wonder about: when i remove all encodes Patterns for Glass from Interfaces i still have the Option to craft Glass in my ME-Terminal. Of course it didn work.
What can i do to restart my automatically glass production?

You haven't by accident put a pattern into your MAC that tells it to craft glass?

You don't have 2 ME interfaces next to each other without having set export direction(with a wrench)? Can lead to them exporting items into each other instead of the furnaces.

i have to look later when i are @home. i remember that i accidently put a pattern in my MAC instead of the Interface (dont know if it was Glass) - but afaik i removed it. i'll check it later.

if i remove all Glass-patterns from the interfaces - should the option to craft glass in the Terminal disappear? (glas
and is it possible to craft/smelt/... things (such as glass) in multiple furnace/smelteries/...
at the same time?

the 2 furnaces (+ intzerfaces) are far away from each other

If you have removed all patterns for a specific item, then all crafting options should disappear yeah.

It is not possible to have ME use multiple recipes at the same time spread out over several locations. It will use any recipes stored in the MAC first, and then recipes in interfaces after. And if it cant craft with one recipe it will not just shift to the next recipe. One recipe takes priority and overwrites all the other.

If you want to have multiple furnaces smelting the same thing, you should set up the ME interface on something like a chest and then spread the items out randomly over multiple machines. You can do this with itemducts in "round robin" mode, Factorization Routers etc.

thank you rhn.
i had in another redstone furnace a glass pattern, but the furnace got not power.
now it works well :)
