Problem Redstone Arsenal - KeyBind issue

Redstone arsenal has no keybound by default to empower and no option in controls, is there a way to manuall do this?

Not sure if you found your fix or not but the issue you're having is the same one I had when I first went looking for the same old "Empower" key bind. The key bind you're looking for in the options is "Cycle Item Mode" under CoFH Keys.
