My quarry setup looks like this, and it's been working pretty well so far.

Quarry -> Tesseract
 
 
      Void Pipe (cobble, dirt, sand and so on)
              ^
Tess -> Diamond Pipe -> TubeStuff Buffer -> Filter -> RP tubes -> a billion barrels -> overflow chest
              v
      Apiarist chest or whatever it was called

I could disregard the Buffer and continue on with BC pipes, but I don't want to waste a billion Diamond Pipes as well.
Too lazy to get a system to automatically process and craft everything, so this is kind of enough for now.

[edit] And so I don't get completely off-topic, you could erase items from your RP system (without TubeStuff) by filtering them into the air, where they're caught by a BC Obsidian Pipe and sent to a Void Pipe. It might be a bit laggy, I guess.

Yeah, same thing as relaying into lava, really. It's funny that gregtech added an inventory based item trashcan, but not a block one.

Well, what if the Sorting System gets clogged? Then the Diamond Pipe would start throwing up.

Yeah that's not my setup anyway, i was trying to clarify what someone else posted. I pass everything to my sorting room via Tesseract then void any junk at that point so I don't have to set it up again when I move my quarry.
