Redpower Transposer/Sorting machine HELP

I have a transposer which I hooked up to a chest with a pneumatic tube, and added a timer. But the timer isn't making the transposer suck out of the chest at all. Any help? It doesn't work with the Sorting Machine, either.

Replace the transposer with a sorting machine that can pull from a chest, plus you no longer need the timer, remember to colour code the tubes at the destination end matching the colours you set in the sorter, click the modes in sorter to the circular type one thats is the auto pull & set the tab below it to send all unsorted items to a dump chest "normaly white"

0. Transposers don't need power.
1. Make sure the pulled items have a valid destination at the end of your tube.
2. Make sure there's nothing else giving a signal to the Transposer.
3. Sorters have an automatic 'pull all the things' mode.

I usually use a filter to pull. In fact, I didn't even know a transposer did that :x

with out a timer it pulls from an inventory in front of it or any item dropped on to the input face, with a rs pulse it will pull from 3x2
