Problem Redpower/Traincraft ID conflict [SEVERE]

I've been abstaining from updating to Mindcrack v8 because of all the trouble I've heard people having. I finally broke down and updated, but now I'm seeing those problems myself.

At first there was an ID conflict between Twilight forest and Buildcraft, reloading the config folder fixed that, but made another conflict between one of the redpower flowers and a traincraft crude oil block (I think). I can simply change the ID of the traincraft block but I have no idea which ID to make it.

Please help!

Try selecting force update in options, if that doesn't fix it delete the config, mods, and coremods folders and select force update again.
 
Crap, I forgot to specify that this is a server problem. The server starts up but as soon as it loads the redpower/traincraft mods it gets an error. I have to ctrlaltdel to get it to close, as /stop doesn't work.

The crash is also for the twilightforest one, not the redpower crash. I'll fix that.
