Redpower/Forestry related(?) crash on world load

HALP!

Crash first occurred when throwing items in to my sorting system input chest (chest > sorting machine > tubes > barrels). Now this crash occurs every time I load this world. I'm not quite at the "ready to start a new world" point....so any help would be highly appreciated.
 
What has happened, is one of the forestry saplings has gotten into the redpower tubes, and it gives this crash error. In SMP it wouldn't be an issue, because if the area was chunk loaded, it would eventually move into a chest and then you would stop crashing, but as for SSP, I honestly cannot see any way to recover your world.

The only way you might have a chance, is to repeatedly load the world, and crash, getting in a few ticks of movement, until it eventually clears the tube network.
