RedPower and other mods aren't downloading. Have reinstalled 3 times.

It's a Beta pack at the moment, the list that you see are for when the actual pack is released.
At the moment Redpower isn't even available for 1.4.2 (Not sure when the release is either)

However, be happy with what you have got, not a lot of people have a modpack for 1.4.2, enjoy being a Beta tester.
