RedPower 2 Sorting Machine Help

Hey guys, I was wondering how I could tell a sorting machine to sort the "rest".
For example I have a chest where I put anything and the ores get sent to an ore processor and get sent to an ME Chest. I want the rest to go into the same me chest - I've go everything setup I just need to know how to tell the sorting machine to put the rest of the stuff into that.

Use either of the modes that has an arrow pointing down. These will open up another color coded box that you can change to your desired color. Ideally, you actually set these items to a color that you don't use on a pipe, instead you just use the coloring to stop these items from going down the colored pipes you have designated for other purposes.
