Redpower 2 Pneumatic tubing issue

Hey Guys!

So I'm playing on the Direwolf FTB pack and just to note I'm very inexperienced in the modding scene, so any help would be much appreciated. I'll post a couple of screenshots to support my explanation

Here I have a sorting machine hooked up, by itself it outputs cobblestone no problem

As soon as I place a pneumatic tube infront I have some issues, as the cobblestone doesn't extract from the sorting machine.

Anyway, sorry if I'm making a complete school boy error, but I've tried a bunch of stuff to no prevail... Help would be much appreciated

Items need to have a valid place to go to, place a chest connected to the tube and it should work.
