Probably the wrong place to post. I was looking for something like Redpower 2 so I can cut blocks. Sorry if this is the wrong place.​

Redpower 2 has not been updated since 1.4.7. Project Red is a replacement for the wires and pretty much all the other content of RP2, but the microblocks are from Forge Microblocks. It will only show one type of block that can be cut, but that's just to stop NEI clutter. Saws are available as you would imagine.

If you are looking for pipe covers, then almost every mod that adds pipes themselves adds covers/facades/whatever for them. Just for building, these should work.
