So after looking around NEI for a while on the ultimate pack, i found 2 placeable liquids;red water still and flowing. They seem to be uncraftable (duh) and seem to have no wiki page nor results when googled. They act like normal water and when picked up, gives a normal water bucket. Can anyone tell me what mod it is from, if it is obtainable legitimately, and how, if it is possible. My guess is that it is an incomplete part of a mod, or a scrapped portion of it.

Red Water is a liquid added in by Equivalent Exchange 3, there is not a known method to obtain it legitimately, however, since EE3 is under very heavy development, it can be expected that there will be a legit method to acquire it soon.
Has no method of obtaining legitimately or use at the moment. It will eventually be required to create either the Minium or Philosopher's Stone, according to Azanor.
If you have watched the Anime Full Metal Alchemist, you will likely catch the reference, and also infer what is necessary to create/refine it. I just hope the Minium Stone doesn't cause backlash when it is destroyed, I don't want to end up like that guy in the first/second episode.
