I recently have had a error within multiplayer, I've searched the forums and found this error within singleplayer but not in multiplayer.

There's a pastebin of my crash report. I think it has something to do with wireless receivers/transmitters.

Since Multiplayer and Singleplayer are now the same, that fix would probably work for you. Ask the server owner to remove your <player>.dat file as it will probably be a stuck item. This will wipe your inventory but should clear your problem.
