Summary of the problem Red Coal wrong Burn Value in JEI

Pack Version 3.0.6

What is the bug? Red Coal shows a Burn Value of 1600 in JEI. Even when looking up the uses of the Resonator. And cheating it this way also yields 1600 Burn Value.
But after regular resonating/crafting, it has a value of 12800.

Is it repeatable? Yes. Look up Red Coal with JEI. Create Red Coal by using the Resonator. Compare values.

This has been this same way since FTB Unstable and the very first version of 1.9 EU2. JEI doesn't have GP generated so it reports as normal coal burn value of 1600 but with your GP generated you see 12800. You used to be able to validate this by making red coal and then removing your GP and it would go back to 1600 as you needed 16 active GP "free" in order for it to count as 8x. There was a change in 1.10 a couple months ago that removed the need to have free GP for it to count as 8x.
