Recipe Problems

Some recipes are messed up due to what I think is how certain materials and items are registered in forge. Like the IC2 Drill, I can't craft it with refined iron, I must craft it with steel from railcraft. And the drill can be crafted using things like BC gates and circuits, Forestry electron tubes and circuits and raicraft circuits in place of the IC2 Electronic circuit. I think it is set by default, because I loaded a fresh version and it still happened. If anyone knows how to fix it, please, do tell.

I was thinking that to, but I didnt think that it would force you to use steel in the drill recipe, when steel isn't even apart of IC2.
