When I press e to open my inventory. My Recipe Menu is gone.

I think that I may have misclicked something.

Could someone help me out plz?

The recipe menu is a mod called NEI. You can find a list of all the mods in the launcher, and if you have a problem with one of those things, you can research it and find much more information than we can give you here. :)
