I was in a twightlight temple (where the king ghast is) and out of nowhere i started to get a bunch of lag then ftb crashed i managed to get myself out of the twilight realm and ftb worked fine when i checked the log i noticed that i saw"2014-01-20 23:46:13 [SEVERE][Minecraft-Client] Realms: Server not available! ... not sure if this has anything to do with it. is there a fix for this? thanks

If I'm not mistaken the Realms error you speak of is nothing you need to worry about. Look here for more info about minecraft realms. If you post the full log we can try to find out why it crashed and hopefully help fix it. To do this click on the 'Paste my log to pastebin.com' button when you get the error. This will add a link at the bottom of the console. Post that link here. If you have a crash log please post that to pastebin.com manually and post the link pastebin gives here. Be sure to register at pastebin.com so you can set your logs to not get removed in a 12-24 hour period.
The twilight forest is the only thing in the modpack that is not working other than some chunck errors on the overworld
Yep, as lavarthan, the only time you need to be concerned with that Realms error is if you're one of the select few who are testers for Minecraft Realms. And you'd know if you were. 
is there anyway to fix the twilight though? Because when i tried to eneter it again it only loaded 5 of its chunks and the portal back wouldnt work so i had to use mcedit to get myself back , is theere anyway just to delete the twilight forest so a whole new one will regenYep, as lavarthan, the only time you need to be concerned with that Realms error is if you're one of the select few who are testers for Minecraft Realms. If I remember correctly, Twilight Forest uses dimension 7, so go into your world's save folder and delete DIM7.
NOTE: Double check to make sure it truly is that dimension! I am not infallible! (in fact, I'm very fallible!) Make a backup just in case deleting that FUBARS everything!
