Realm: Invalid Session ID

Description of the Issue: everytime i try to log into a multiplayer server the game crashed. My favourite server runs DW20 Modpack Vers 1.0.3. The launcher has loaded the correct version. Always Realm: Invalid Session ID and game crash

Realm: Invalid Session ID
Is not the cause of your crash. Your game happens to crash after that point, which to my knowledge is the last thing to be checked prior to Minecraft loading from the launcher.
It's more likely that you're loading into a corrupted chunk, and you need to talk to the server staff about moving your player to test that.
You should also tell your server that they are 4 updates behind on the mod pack and this issue could be a result of problems from that version of the mod pack.
