Really Slow Draw Speeds

Anyone else encountering a really slow draw speed for landscape? I am finding since I switched to 1.4.7 that no matter what combination of Optifine and settings I use Minecraft doesn't draw the landscape fast enough especially when using a jetpack. Any ideas? I have an i7 920 2.6ghz 12gb ram and 560ti. I never had this issue with 1.4.6 using the various modpack like FTB and Tekkit Lite and DNS. I have a video so that you can see what I mean.

I was going to say "it's your GLSL shader plugin" but then I realised that someone else had a similar draw distance problem recently.

Your system is similar to mine and I'm not having any of these problems so I wonder if there's a Java command FTB is using that's causing problems, as I use a personal pack.
