Problem Read timed out every 5-10 Minutes

General Information:

CentOS 6.4
Using a Dedicated Server.
FTB v1.1.2
No mods added.
16GB DDR3
Intel I3 - 3240 3.4ghz

Every 5-10-15 minutes, My server gets read timed out, resulting in a crash. Its very annoying as my server is being released in the next two hours, and I need this fixed. My friends sever also has this issue.

If you have any ideas, please inform me.

Someone uses mods incorrectly. Only thing you could do is get a thread dump, but guiding you threw that be rather hard.
