The issue I am having is that randomly (happened to me twice now) I will be teleported into a mountain rather then to the portal shortly steping into the twilight portal. This sucks as you can imagine and I thought I had solved it when I destroyed the other portal created earlier in my exploits. But I having lost all my top tier gear, need some help to ensure this will NEVER happen again.. please help,
