Randomly crashing when playing sky factory 2.5

i play on a server called kooky craft and i keep randomly crashing for some weird reason, first my screen freezes then i get a one color screen like blue then it crashes, i can sometimes go without this happening for 10 minutes other times hours but it keeps annoying me so i don't know what to do, i don't have that much ram allocated into curse so i don't know

I have had this before myself and just reloaded the game. It does mention fastcraft in the log so your try disabling/removing the mod.

I got the crash when teleporting around.
