Random World Crashes

Ok people I'm seriously frustrated right now :'(
A long time ago I was playing with Mindcrack, and had a pretty substantial setup...Then..my world just started crashing randomly :'( I didn't know what was going on...So I started a new world...

Then a week ago or so I saw a DW20 video with coders talking about Memory leaking into the world?
Well I thought OOOOH!!! That might have been my problem in my old world.

Now in my new Mindcrack world it keeps crashing again, so I looked at the log and I was right...
Memory is leaking into the world and I have no idea how to fix it.
I've seen several threads about adding X-MaxPermSize128? or something like that???
I tried that it didn't work...I tried Optifine it didn't work...I don't want to have to start a new world people so what am I doing wrong!?!?!? I have 8GB Ram, On a decent Macbook with a decent video card and Intel Core 2 Duo? along with Mindcrack 8.2 with a couple extra mods, and it only acts up once I get a good world going?!?!?!?

PLEASE go STEP BY STEP EXACTLY what to do...Maybe if you're REALLY nice and want to help other people make a video?
Anyways thanks for the help in advance, and I know I'm not the only one out there with this problem...

I just know both have recently had issues with memory leaking. Can't be sure as to why for mystcraft but it's probably something to do with the new features of it. For chickenchunks he recently added several fixes which may have had unintentional problems.
