Random "water" spots appearing.

Does anyone know what would cause this and if there would be any cfg fix? I copied my world from 1.5.2 Beta to Unleashed and these keep spawning on previously generated terrain. They're not even source blocks, it's like a micro-block the size of a panel of water on top of dirt and they break into dirt and reappear about every 10-15 minutes.

They're puddles.

That's water that shows up after it rains.

It's a biomes o plenty feature, and yes you can config it off.
