Random time outs on my FTB 1.7.10 Server

Details of the issue Me and a friend has been playing on locally hosted FTB server for a week(ish) now and since then we've had time outs from anywhere between 5-10-20-30 minutes apart. Modpack is Infinity Evolved + Ars Magica 2 + The Aether II. I've allocated 4GB of ram to the server and it's only using 230mb so far.
