Summary of the problem Random Things evil tear, duping compressed cobble ect.!!

What is the bug? so the setup for the end portal using the evil tear setup with 16 obsidian and 10 endstone and a end rod isn't working at all!! also placing cobble, sand, and gravel in the world and breaking it with a pick can cause duping!! 1 compressed cobble turning into 16 compressed cobble and so on!!

the end portal is disabled in the config not sure with the dupe doesnt happen for me
