random server crash

Title random server crash

Details of the issue no one was on the server last night and i got this random crash that i can't make any sense of.. server was fine for hours with no one on and all of a sudden it crashes and it won't start up and the only thing i have to go on is that log.. i don't know anything about this kind of thing so i don't know what to do or how to fix it
