Problem Random regular server crashes with Direwolf20

Over the last couple of weeks we have been experiencing random regular crashes on our Direwolf20 server. It's running a high class package from a reliable host. The server crashes and fails to restart and we have been unable to determine a common cause.

Is there anything here that can shed some light on the problem. What other info should we look for? Debugs, tests can we run?

Any and all help would be appreciated.

PS. Where is the best place to find a list of confirmed issues with Direwolf20 and FtB in general?

i'f you've recently gone from DW20 V4 to V5 check the info on dimension 7 & twilight forest fix. DireWolf20 even did a video on int.
I sugest this because i noticed in the log it mentioned a conflict with dimension 7.
