For those who recognize my name, my problem randomly fixed itself 
So recently I have been playing around with ME Autocrafting in my test world. I set my ME setup to craft electronic circuits, and it worked, but something weird is happening. I put two stacks of redstone in the terminal so it can make circuits, but instead of using redstone to make them, it makes MORE redstone AND circuits. Not sure what is going on here, so I threw myself to the forums!
