Summary of the problem Random Lag Spikes

What is the bug? Pack version 1.8.1 (Wasn't an option above)
This bug is quite self-explanatory, as it does what it says. At any given time, the game will freeze. It takes a few seconds (3-10) to stop, and the game tries to make up for the time, incrementing the time by 5-10 in-game minutes. If this is just my laptop, can you give me an fyi?

Is it repeatable? Yes, very often depending on the computer power.
Known Fix None, but lowering graphics and chunk updates seems to keep it less common.
