Random Freeze / Crash

I think it has something to do with the rubber trees and the resin drops. The crash/freeze only seems to happen in game now when I am near, looking at, or have just gotten resign from a rubber tree.

The problem is that when it crashes, I can't get the crash report other than the one posted to the folder by crash-report folder which is the one I used. 
I think it is diretly linked to anything that uses the PORTAL Gun, or anything modded into the game as part of a PORTAL pack. I just lost my second game to this thing when I picked up a "portal" gun from a chest in the dungeon and tried to move it into a standard full chest. java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Users\Raymond\Desktop\FTB\MindCrack\minecraft\config\NEISubset.cfg (The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open)The error has nothing to do with something ingame. It's something that keeps your files open. The game can't access the file then and crashes.
Most often this is caused by an Anti-virus Real Time Shield (RTS).
Oh crap I think I know what it might be then. Carbonite. I will disable it and see if it crashes again. Thanks mate.
Also, if you had opened the config file, and changed it, but not saved (as in, it's still open on your computer) you'll get this error.
